The symposium "Hologenomic Data Analysis for Agriculture" is a three-day event that is part of the São Paulo School of Advanced Science. It focuses on discussing hologenomics applications to improve food production and the sustainability of agricultural systems. The event brings together scientists and students from Brazil and abroad to explore how hosts and microorganisms act in sync. It includes lectures and poster presentations on host-microbiome multi-omic data analysis and integration, covering genomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics.
